EARB Licensing & Registration

KPRA assists its members in registering and getting licensed by the Estate Agents Registration Board of Kenya (EARB).

Through KPRA, members are enrolled, registered, and accredited as officially licensed real estate agents in Kenya. This is a key benefit of membership, ensuring you stay legally compliant.

Why Licensing Matters

Licensing by EARB ensures that realtors operate within the legal framework, maintaining high standards of conduct and professionalism while protecting the interests of the public.
